Our Story
The Cocktail Office began in 2022 as a grief project that turned into a business. After losing our daughter Cora to cancer at five years old, we stopped pretending there would always be more time, and decided to build the room we wished existed.
With no investors and no safety net, we took a tiny office unit, bad loans and whatever savings we had, and started turning it into a bar the hard way: one event, one night and one invoice at a time
